These Terms of Service govern your use of Jummah Unmuted. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1) Service Description

Jummah Unmuted provides real-time khutbah translation features and related mosque translation tools. The service may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

2) Eligibility and Accounts

• You must use a valid account (currently Google Sign-In/Firebase Auth) to access protected features.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.

3) Acceptable Use

• Use the service lawfully and respectfully.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, disruption, abuse, or data scraping that harms the service.
• Do not upload or submit content that violates law or third-party rights.

4) Translation and Content Disclaimer

• Translations and transcriptions are computer-generated (and may be moderated) and can include inaccuracies, omissions, or delays.
• The service is informational and does not replace guidance from qualified scholars or official institutions.

5) Beta Status

The service may operate in beta form. Features, uptime, and behavior can change without prior notice.

6) Privacy

Your use of the service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what data is collected and how it is processed and stored.

7) Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, security risks, abuse, legal requirements, or operational needs.

8) Intellectual Property

All branding, design, and service materials remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, rebrand, or commercially exploit service materials without permission.

9) No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise uninterrupted service, exact translations, exact transcriptions, or error-free output.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you use this service at your own risk. Jummah Unmuted and its operators are not liable for losses, damages, claims, or decisions made based on service output (including translation/transcription errors, delays, missing content, or downtime).

11) Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
